Welcome to the JH PTA

As the newly formed PTA of John Hanson Community School, we are excited to begin building a strong and supportive partnership between families, staff, and the wider school community.
Our goal is simple: to enhance every child’s school experience through events, fundraising, and community involvement.

Our Mission

To strengthen the connection between home and school
To organise events that bring families together
To raise funds that support school projects and enrich learning
To provide opportunities for parents and carers to get involved

What We Do

The PTA plans to work throughout the year to support the school through:

Fundraising events such as fairs, raffles, and sponsored activities
Community-building activities including discos, family days, and social events
Supporting school initiatives, such as resources, workshops, and enrichment experiences
