Welcome to John Hanson Community School
“The prefect team are fundamental to the school and it has been a privilege to be involved in the process this year. Prefects are not only role models to younger students but they are also the link between the students and staff, and the ones who we will rely on when it comes to representing the school on events such as Open Evening, and being upstanders in the school community. I truly hope they wear their prefect badge and tie with pride. The team will be led by Tristan and Macy as our Head Prefects, who I know will do a fantastic job.” Mrs Bailey – Key Stage Lead
“I am honoured to have been awarded the role of Head Prefect for John Hanson Community School, not just to hold a title, but because I am ready to take responsibility — to represent the school with integrity, and to make a meaningful contribution that lasts. I want to be the kind of leader who doesn’t just represent the school but actively improves it — someone students feel comfortable approaching, and someone staff can rely on. I look forward to working with the next generation of Yr7 students to set them up for a memorable and successful five years to come.” Tristan Kitching – Head Prefect
“I am delighted to have been selected as Head Prefect for John Hanson Community School. I am proud to represent the school and I intend to be a powerful voice for students whilst also increasing our presence in the Andover community. I also can’t wait to be on the winning team who will beat the teachers at our annual charity event next year!” Macy Ellis – Head Prefect
